Gluten free granola

Hmmmmmm that smell of homemade granola is one of the best! We’re making a gluten free granola so, even for the once which suffer with a gluten intolerance or do haven an allergy this is a great recipe. 

 

Ingredients: (6 portions)

 

100 Gram Puffed rice

100 Gram Mixed seats (we are using: Pumpkin, sunflower, chia and linseed)

20 Gram Coconut flakes 

30 Gram Goji berries 

1 TBSP Cinnamon

1 TBSP Coconut oil

2 TSP Coconut syrup 

 

Granola for champs:

 

  • Preheat your oven to 160 degrees 
  • Put all the dry ingredients into a big bowl except the goji berries and coconut flakes and mix it all together 
  • Melt the coconut oil in a small sauce pan and add that into the bowl with the coconut syrup and mix it again very well
  • Empty the bowl onto a baking tray with baking paper and spread it all out
  • Put in the oven for 12 min
  • Take the tray out of the oven, add the coconut flakes and mix it all up
  • Put it back in the oven for another 12 min
  • Take the tray out, add the goji berries and mix it all up 
  • You can now put it all into a jar/pot/container and you’ll have enough for at least 6 portions depends on how much you use.
