We have a new topic on our blog, our monthly favourites. We are going to keep it short and sweet. Every end of the month we are going to pic 3 items each which we’ve been loving that month and will tell something about the items.

Seychelle (the blondie)

My top 3

- Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil is an essential oil that can be used for so many things. I love to have a bath with a few drops of tea tree oil. It’s very beneficial for your skin, pores and it really helps you to relax. You could also use it if you feel a spot coming up, just add a bit of the tea tree oil to your spot to help to reduce the redness. But like I said before; you can use it for sooooo many things but these are the things I am using it for and which really work for me.

- Aloe vera gel
I have actually been using this product for a while now, especially in the summer. I use it as an after-sun product, as it really helps to cool down and recovers your skin when you are sunburned. The other thing I am using it for is; scars! I do have some scars on my chin from some spots so, every night I add a bit of the gel on my chin to help to reduce the scars. You can put it on any scars as it really helps to heal your skin.

- Avocado oil
Very healthy and so tasty! I’ll just mention a few things where avocado oil is good for. It helps to keep hormones in balance, improves heart health, calms itchy skin, protect against skin damage and so on. I have been cooking with it pretty much everyday and I really like it. It gives a bit of an extra soft flavour to your food. You can also try it as a salad dressing instead of normal olive oil. Next to that I love to mix it through my salad with a bit of balsamic, pepper, salt and my salad is ready to eat!

Sofie (the brownie)

My top 3

- Witch hazel
Whenever I feel some blemishes coming up on my face I’ll start using this product in my daily routine. After I’ve washed my face I add a little Witch hazel onto a cotton pad and spread it over my face. It really helps my skin to recover and gives me my glow back.

- Aussie dry shampoo
I have tried so many different dry shampoo’s. As my hair is dark I always have the problem, it ends up white from the dry shampoo. Luckily I found this one, It works perfect for me and I’ll defiantly keep buying it! I actually don’t use it as a dry shampoo but more as a texturizing spray. To give my hair a bit more volume. As my hair is really thick and heavy it kinda just falls down and it makes it look very flat on top of my head.

- Bio oil
Many people use this for their scars but I literally use it for everything! Whenever I feel like my skin is in need of a boost I use this instead of a night cream. I wash my face and I’ll add a thick layer of the oil onto my face. Especially in the winter my skin can get quite dry and dehydrated so, on these day’s bio oil is my best friend.

XOXO
