Time for a smoothie

Yeahhh you’ve finally found the energy and time to make a smoothie but then, there’s a question hanging above your head: How am I going to make it? What’s a tasty & healthy smoothie? Well here we are to help you out! All you need is a blender and a few ingredients.

Ingredients for 2 cups

♥ 1/4 Pineapple 

♥ 1 Hand full Strawberries 

♥ 2 Small hands spinach 

♥ 2 Pieces celery

♥ 2 Oranges 

♥ 1/2 Glass Ice cubes 


Chop the pineapple, oranges, and celery into small pieces and add into the blender, take 2 small hands of spinach to add into the blender as well. You don’t need to chop the strawberries or remove the crown, just throw them in complete. (strawberries lose their taste and vitamins when you chop them up, the crown of the strawberries are good for many things) Last step add the ice, put the lid onto your blender and blend it till you’ve a fine smoothie.

Helps to lose weight, improves your sleep, helps to keep your liver healthy, good for teeth, reduce menstruation pain, reduces stress……. 

Orange

Calm down the nerves, fight wrinkles, reduces fever, cholesterol-lowering, good for tongue & gums….
