Ingredients: (for 12 Energy balls)
50 GRAM Pecan nuts
10 GRAM Pumpkin seeds
8 Dates
2 TBP GRAM Cacao powder
1 TSP Vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
- Place everything into a blender or food processor until you get a smooth paste
- Roll the paste into small balls
- Place the balls onto a plate
- Place the plate into your freezer for 30 min or into your fridge for 2 hours
- Now they are ready to be eaten
Nuts and seeds are helping you to get your energy level back and to recover your body after a hard workout.
