Here it finally is, the recipe for our yoghurt breakfast bars! We call them breakfast bars but we can guarantee you, they are tasty anytime of the day. We are going to show how to make a normal version and a lactose free version.
Ingredients normal version for 4 bars:
♥ 150 Gram Greek yoghurt
♥ 1 TSP Honey
♥ 60 Gram Strawberries
♥ 60 Gram Blueberries
♥ 20 Gram Granola (our granola is homemade)
For the lactose free version we are using 150 gram coconut yoghurt instead of greek yoghurt!!
Mix the yoghurt and honey into a bowl. Spread the yoghurt onto some bakery paper and make sure it’s about 1 CM thick. Add all the toppings. You can add any kind of toppings you like as well. Like some cacao nibs, nuts, different kind of fruit etc. Freeze for about 2 hours, get it out of the freezer and slice the yoghurt into bars with a knife or pizza cutter (how big or small you want them is up to you). Eat them immediately or you can keep them in your freezer for about 30 days.
