For everyone who has been waiting for this recipe, it is finally here! It really keeps you going for the whole morning which we need. We have to admit it sounds weird, eating sweet potato as breakfast but you will be surprised how tasty it is.
We recommend you to make the mashed sweet potato the day before or make a bit extra when you are having it for dinner. It saves us a lot of time by having it ready for the next morning.
Ingredients:
1 Sweet potato
2 TBSP Plane yoghurt
2 TBSP Mixed seeds
1 TSP Coconut oil
1/2 Pomegranate
- Peel the sweet potato and boil it for 20 min
- Mash it up with some coconut oil as that gives a very nice taste to it
- Just add all the ingredients into a bowl and enjoy your breakfast
