Whenever we are off to bed we already think about our breakfast in the morning. Cause of 2 reasons; 1 we absolutely loveeeee food and second we start preparing our breakfast on the evening before we go to bed.
Mornings aren’t our best moments of the day. We struggle to get out of bed, ending up snoozing for at least 30 min and then realizing we don’t have any time to make our breakfast which we really need to wake up and get ourself started up! So, we’ve found a solution to snooze and have a good breakfast. You’ve probably heard about it before but I am sure you don’t know our way of making them, overnight oats! You can endlessly variate on them, we’ll show you our 2 favorite versions.
Version 1: Fine oats with cinnamon
Ingredients
♥ 40 Gram fine oats
♥ 150 ML water
♥ 1 TSP Cinnamon
Version 2: Jumbo oats with cacao powder
Ingredients
♥ 40 Gram jumbo oats
♥ 100 ML water
♥ 1 TSP Cacao powder
Both versions are made the same way. Add the oats and water into a bowl mix the cacao powder or cinnamon through it and put them in your fridge for a night. In the morning your breakfast will be ready and waiting for you. The only thing you’ve to do now is add some yoghurts and any toppings you like. We used coconut yoghurt, strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, goji berries, almonds, coconut flakes and linseed.
